To book a regular teaching service with Luke Pickett please complete the regular teaching order form and return it via email no later than Monday 7th June 2021.  

Supply and consultancy services can be booked at any time by completing the supply and consultancy order form and returning it via email.

If you would like to arrange a meeting or telephone consultation prior to booking please contact Luke.

Subsidy and instrument hire must be booked through Wiltshire Music Connect.  Luke Pickett will assist with the completion of the necessary paperwork and will contact schools upon booking to arrange a meeting.
